Work through the list as it applies to your current agent. A low score is a reason to change. A high score is still worth a written comparison, because fees and reporting vary.

When you send the form, include the score. We will use it as the agenda for a free management review: what is being done, what is late, and what it would take for NPS to take the instruction over.
